RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority.  If you have any problems, questions or wish to return/exchange an item(s), please let us know immediately by emailing info@blessedasl.com.  Please include your Sales Order number, P.O. Number, or Pack Slip number.

Hours of Availability:  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time (U.S.)

Returns: 

If 2 weeks (14 days) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds: 

All orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your package from Blessings T-Shirts Unlimited or Blessed ASL ClothingLine.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, either as a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment or as a check mailed via USPS within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, we recommend the following steps:

(1) First, check your bank account on the eighth business day.

(2) Second, we suggest you contact your credit card company, as it may take 5-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.

(3) Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@blessedasl.com.

Refunds on Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned!

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item or another item of same cost within 7 days of receiving your package, send us an email at info@blessingstwear.com  or info@blessedasl.com and then return the item to us (see below).

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will first be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
